Steven T. Decker is an attorney with a practice devoted to residential and small commercial real estate matters in New York and New Jersey.  Steven’s main focus is assisting buyers and sellers of one to four family houses in closing, refinancing and contract litigation.   Steven represents several national lenders as counsel closing in helping close mortgage, construction and commercial mortgage loans.  Steven also serves as closing counsel for many smaller private lenders.  Steven and his father Arthur Decker have closed over 10,000 transactions throughout New York and New Jersey.
